This policy explains how VibeOut ("the Service") handles information when you use our random video chat feature at www.vibeout.me.
Your camera and microphone stream is sent directly, peer-to-peer, to the stranger you are matched with using WebRTC. VibeOut's servers only relay connection ("signaling") information needed to establish that direct connection — we do not record, store, or have access to your video or audio content.
To match you with another user we temporarily process: a randomly generated session/connection ID, your selected gender and match preference, and online status. This data exists only in server memory for the duration of your session and is discarded when you disconnect.
VibeOut displays advertisements (e.g., via Google AdSense) on the waiting screen and during calls to support the free service. Ad providers may use cookies or device identifiers to serve relevant ads, in accordance with their own privacy policies.
We use local storage in your browser to remember that you have accepted these Terms, so you are not asked again on future visits.
We do not maintain a persistent database of chats, video, or audio. Matchmaking data is transient and cleared on disconnect.
The Service is restricted to users 18 years of age or older and is not directed at children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
