1. Eligibility

VibeOut ("the Service", "we", "us") is available only to users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Nature of the Service

VibeOut connects you via live, peer-to-peer video and audio with random other users ("strangers"). We do not screen, verify the identity of, or background-check any user before a connection is made.

3. Prohibited Conduct

• No nudity, sexually explicit content, or solicitation.
• No harassment, hate speech, threats, or discriminatory conduct.
• No sharing of illegal content of any kind.
• No impersonation, scams, or attempts to collect other users' personal or financial information.
• No recording or redistribution of another user's video/audio without their consent.

Violations may result in immediate removal from the Service without notice.

4. No Real-Time Moderation

Video and audio between matched users is not actively monitored or recorded by VibeOut. You are responsible for ending a call (Stop/Skip) and reporting any user who violates these Terms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the identity, age, intentions, or conduct of any other user.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VibeOut and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or your interactions with other users.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
